Pumping, aerobic service, repair, new systems and commercial waste systems.

Septic tank pumping & cleaning

Every conventional tank collects sludge and scum that only a pump truck removes. We pump the tank, look over the inlet and outlet, note the levels and tell you plainly what shape the system is in and when it should be pumped again.

  • Residential tanks
  • Aerobic pretreatment tanks
  • Lid and riser location
  • Baffle and level check

Aerobic system service

Aerobic treatment units are common across East Texas where soils won’t take a conventional drain field. They need power, air, chlorine and regular checks. We service the aerator and controls, top off calcium hypochlorite tablets, check the spray field and alarms, and help you keep the system in line with TCEQ rules and your county.

  • Aerator and timer checks
  • Calcium hypochlorite chlorination
  • Spray heads and pump tank
  • Alarm troubleshooting
  • Maintenance visits

Septic repair & service

When a system backs up, alarms or leaves a wet spot in the yard, the fix depends on what failed: a clogged line, a broken baffle, a dead pump or float, or a drain field that has had enough. We find the cause first and explain the options before any work begins.

  • Backups and slow drains
  • Pump and float problems
  • Broken lids and baffles
  • Wet spots and odors

Full-service septic systems

New homes, replacements and systems that have outgrown the house. A new system in Texas starts with a site evaluation and a county permit, and the design depends on your soil, lot and water table. We’ll talk through what your property calls for, conventional or aerobic, and what the process looks like.

  • New and replacement systems
  • Conventional and aerobic
  • Permit process guidance
  • Tank and line replacement

Commercial waste systems

Shops, churches, cafés, RV spots and other commercial properties outside city sewer lines have bigger tanks and harder use. We pump and service commercial waste systems on a schedule that fits how much the building is used.

  • Commercial septic tanks
  • Grease and waste pumping
  • Scheduled service
  • Rural businesses and churches

Aerobic service

What an aerobic check covers.

TCEQ requires aerobic systems to be inspected at least every four months under a maintenance contract. Here’s the system we look at.

  1. Trash tank

Solids settle and scum floats. Everything that won’t break down waits here for the pump truck.

  2. Aeration chamber

An air pump bubbles oxygen through the water so bacteria can do far more work than in a plain tank.

  3. Pump tank & chlorinator

Clear water settles out, passes calcium hypochlorite tablets and waits for the timer or float.

  4. Spray heads

Treated water is sprayed onto the lawn, usually at night or early morning. Keep the heads clear and off-limits.

Before you call

Helpful to know.

  • What kind of system you have: conventional or aerobic
  • Roughly where the tank lids are, if you know
  • When it was last pumped or serviced
  • What you’re seeing: alarm, backup, odor, wet spot
  • For commercial: tank size and how the building is used

Sewage backing up?

Stop the water first.

Stop using water, keep people and pets out of the area and call (903) 275-3748. Sewage is a health hazard.

Never enter a septic tank or lean into an open one. Septic gases can kill within minutes, including would-be rescuers.
